Role Description
The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts and ensuring their needs are met to foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day account management, conducting business planning sessions, analyzing data for performance improvement, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with various departments to streamline operations and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Account Management and managing Key Accounts to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to drive data-driven decisions and create effective strategies.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and productive client experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Previous experience in the food service or B2B sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
