Job Title: Coach Onboarding & Operations Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Coach Onboarding & Operations Executive who will be responsible for onboarding new coaches onto our platform and ensuring they are successfully set up to start working with clients. This role focuses on coordination, account setup, documentation, and supporting coaches through the onboarding journey.
This position suits candidates who have experience in client onboarding, operations, customer success, or platform support and enjoy working with people while managing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new coaches joining the platform.
- Create and set up coach profiles, accounts, and access on internal systems or tools.
- Coordinate with newly onboarded coaches to collect required information and documents.
- Guide coaches through platform usage, onboarding steps, and initial setup.
- Work closely with internal teams such as operations, product, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of coach profiles, onboarding status, and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support during the initial onboarding phase to ensure coaches are comfortable using the platform.
- Identify onboarding challenges and suggest improvements to the process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, operations, customer success, implementation, or support roles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or internal platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in industries such as:
- SaaS / Technology companies
- Fintech / Payments platforms
- EdTech companies
- Customer support or operations teams (BPO / service companies)
Experience in roles like Client Onboarding Executive, Customer Success Executive, Implementation Executive, Operations Executive, Merchant Onboarding, or Platform Support will be an advantage.
