Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, performance, and future strategies.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the client's objectives.
- Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to craft effective campaigns.
- Provide strategic insights on brand building, content creation, and customer engagement.
Project Management:
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to manage campaign production and deployment.
- Monitor project performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create and present reports on campaign performance to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments in strategies and tactics.
Upselling & Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Assist in proposal development and pitching to prospective clients when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing strategy roles, preferably in an agency setting.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and brand-building strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
Project Management:
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Communication:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable in client-facing roles.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficient in analyzing data and providing strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.
Team Collaboration:
- Experience working with creative, content, and technical teams to execute campaigns successfully.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to think critically and provide strategic recommendations that align with clients' business objectives.
