Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. Responsibilities include developing business plans, maintaining high-quality customer service, analyzing client performance data, identifying business opportunities, and building strong, strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
- Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
