Key Account Manager
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs and issues.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent delivery of excellent service.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts and meeting defined targets.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Leverage data-driven insights to refine account strategies.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights to clients.
