Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will oversee the management of key client accounts, develop effective business plans, and foster long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, ensuring seamless communication, identifying business opportunities, and delivering strategic account solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts, with a proven ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and crafting strategies to meet client needs and company goals
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and problem resolution
- Analytical skills to evaluate client needs, market trends, and performance data
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in the manufacturing or equipment sector, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
