Job role: This full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role is based in Delhi, India. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic partners and corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the growth of key accounts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, developing and executing business plans, handling client queries, and identifying opportunities for value addition. This individual will play a critical role in building long-term client relationships and achieving business objectives.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic insurance and affinity accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding, including technical integration and implementation, ensuring seamless execution and timely go-live.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies focused on cross-selling, up-selling, and expanding health-tech solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and performance reports, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive product utilization growth through tailored engagement and adoption strategies.
- Identify process inefficiencies and spearhead improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and business objectives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by aligning client objectives with company strategy and service capabilities.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 4-8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Strategic Account roles.
- Proven experience managing insurance, affinity, healthcare, or health-tech clients (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Experience leading end-to-end client onboarding, including technical integrations and implementations.
- Strong track record of client retention and portfolio expansion.
