Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager at Ferring India., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Conduct in-depth customer analysis to identify needs, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Implement and manage customer success initiatives to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive results by effectively negotiating contracts, closing deals, and optimizing sales processes.
- Utilize digital sales tools and strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing approaches to support sales objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., medical, marketing, regulatory) to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and competitive pharmaceutical market.
- Proactively manage self, including time management, prioritization, and continuous professional development.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of overall sales strategy.
Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability in customer analysis, customer relationship management, and customer success management.
- Track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in digital sales techniques and tools.
- Strong understanding of market intelligence and its application in sales strategy.
- Experience with multi-channel marketing approaches.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
