E-commerce Account Manager – Amazon & Quick CommerceKey Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Amazon India & Global marketplace operations including Vendor Central and Seller Central.
- Handle account P&L, margin optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Amazon stakeholders such as Vendor Managers, Category Managers, Ads Team, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory planning, catalogue hygiene, visibility, and return metrics.
- Plan promotions, forecasting, and seasonal business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and operational requirements.
- Prepare business reports, performance analysis, and growth plans.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central & Seller Central for FMCG brands.
- Experience in Quick Commerce and Export Marketplace management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, account handling, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of Amazon operations, policies, and logistics.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
