Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, nurture long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will also monitor market trends and provide insights to drive strategic account management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to build, maintain, and enhance long-term client partnerships.
- Experience in strategic account planning, sales strategy development, and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on delivering customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to identify growth opportunities for clients and the organization.
- Experience in the digital transformation or technology domain is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
