What You’ll Do
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strong regional networks to drive placements, partnerships, and program success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with:
- Government officials & district administration
- Employers (SMEs, corporates, industry bodies)
- Educational institutions
- Local stakeholders & ecosystem partners
- Drive placement outcomes for trained candidates
- Partner with employers to align hiring needs with training programs
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and employer engagement events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success at the ground level
- Lead institutional outreach and expand program reach across regions
- Ensure smooth execution and impact delivery at the district level
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in business development / stakeholder management / partnerships
- Strong networking & relationship-building skills
- Experience working with government bodies / NGOs / skilling ecosystem is a plus
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-driven role
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- Mahatma Gandhi National Fellows (MGNF) encouraged to apply
