Role Description
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai will include daily activities such as managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client goals, developing tailored business plans, analyzing client needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Key Account Manager will also work closely with clients to provide excellent service and solutions aligned with their business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to develop and sustain strong client relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying client needs, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Experience in Business Planning and creating customized strategies to meet client objectives
- Expertise in Customer Service to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Familiarity with managing Key Accounts to maintain long-term partnerships and deliver value
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in digital marketing or a related field, and a degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant area is preferred
