Key Responsibilities:
Payment Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with partners using the company's Pay card issuing stack.
- Lead partner onboarding for issuing products
- Act as the primary advisor on best practices for card usage, authorization flows, and
spend optimization
Payment Workflow Coordination:
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams on Virtual Credit Card issuance and settlement flows
- Monitor wallet balances, credit usage, and payment timelines
- Ensure payments align with booking cancellation policies and financial rules
Payment Issue Resolution:
- Investigate payment disputes, settlement discrepancies, or failed transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues quickly
- Ensure accurate financial records and payment traceability
Process & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor payment performance metrics and operational efficiency
- Support improvements in payment workflows and financial automation
- Assist in scaling the = Pay infrastructure as the marketplace grows
Required Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in travel payments, card issuing, fintech, or financial operations
- Experience with virtual credit cards (VCC), card lifecycle, interchange fees and issuing
economics
- Strong understanding of travel industry payment models
- Ability to work with Finance, Operations, and external partners
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
