Role Summary:
We are looking for a high-calibre KAM – Key Account Manager to join Crystal Logistics Cool Chain — one of India's fastest-growing cold chain infrastructure companies. This role sits within the SALES function and offers a rare opportunity to build, own, and scale something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own strategic accounts with full revenue accountability
- Drive YoY growth from key clients
- Manage executive-level relationships with CXOs & VPs
- Handle contract renewals & long-term agreements
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts
Key Performance Indicators (KPIS):
- Key account revenue growth of 20% year-on-year
- Renewal rate above 90% for all key accounts
- QBR is facilitated every quarter without exception
- NPS / satisfaction score above company target
- Zero surprise churn from any key account
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA
- 3–7 years key account management
- B2B enterprise clients preferred
- Cold chain / logistics / industrial preferred
