Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic hospital accounts, strengthening relationships with doctors and hospital management, driving lead generation, and achieving sales targets. The role requires developing account growth strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring long-term business partnerships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and strengthen relationships with doctors across all Ankura Hospital units to promote and enhance the partnership with Cryoviva.
· Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, unit heads, managers, and other key stakeholders.
· Coordinate and engage with doctors across multiple Ankura Hospital locations, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Khammam, Pune, and Bhubaneswar.
· Plan, organize, and execute in-house patient engagement activities, stem cell awareness programs, and other promotional initiatives.
· Develop and implement strategic engagement plans to improve doctor relationships and drive business growth.
· Ensure regular follow-ups with doctors and provide timely updates on activities, initiatives, and outcomes.
· Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships, improve collaboration, and enhance Cryoviva's visibility across all Ankura Hospital units.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives and meet business targets.
· Monitor engagement activities, track performance metrics, and provide periodic reports to management.
· Act as the primary point of contact for doctor engagement initiatives and ensure seamless coordination between Ankura Hospitals and Cryoviva.
