Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. The role involves overseeing account management activities, identifying business opportunities, collaborating on strategic plans, and resolving client inquiries. The manager will also analyze client needs and market trends to recommend tailored solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction of CNH services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management and managing relationships with key accounts
- Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to address client needs and enhance client experience
- Experience in developing and executing strategies tailored to Key Accounts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
