Seeking a Dynamic Account Manager for a Marketing-tech platform based out of Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
● Be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Liaise with internal teams to meet challenging client requests and handle issue escalations as needed
● Generate new business with existing client accounts by extension of services, identification of new opportunities, and up-selling
● Timely and effective communication indicating status, progress and new initiatives to external and internal stakeholders.
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives while meeting company goals.
● Forecast and track key account metrics. Analyse and relay feedback on product and customer reactions to product and sales teams
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree
● 5+ years of total experience
● Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
● Experience in the Ad/Ad Tech industry will be an added advantage
● Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
