Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Key Account Manager based in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership. Day-to-day responsibilities include account management, business planning, and collaborating with clients to understand and address their specific needs. Additionally, the role involves improving customer service processes and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Proficient Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategies and drive client success
- Exceptional Customer Service expertise with a focus on client satisfaction and support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in working with start-ups or entrepreneurial ecosystems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
