- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the chemical and automotive industries
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing clients
- Conduct regular industrial visits to client sites for relationship building, product demonstrations, and requirement analysis
- Understand customer needs and provide customized product/technical solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, production, supply chain) to ensure timely delivery and service
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business reviews to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability margins
