Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Chennai.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, building business plans, delivering outstanding customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth.
The role involves developing strategies to strengthen partnerships, overseeing account activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes conducting analysis to drive data-informed decisions and expand key account portfolios.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Field Sales and relationships with key accounts customers
- Strong B2B & B2C Business Planning and Analytical Skills for strategy and decision-making
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in handling Key Accounts and fostering partnerships to maximize growth opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in Field Sales, key accounts or relevant roles in a similar industry is an advantage
