Key Account Manager — Aggregator Team
📍 Mumbai | Full-Time

At Binge, we work with some of India’s leading hospitality brands across Swiggy & Zomato — helping restaurants grow through better execution, sharper aggregator strategy, and stronger commercial thinking.
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Aggregator Team and manage growth across multiple restaurant brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day communication with restaurant clients
- Driving growth across Swiggy & Zomato listings
- Working on menu strategy, ads, discounts & visibility
- Identifying sales and conversion opportunities across brands
- Coordinating with internal teams (design, data, operations, photography)
- Leading monthly review calls and performance discussions
- Working closely with platform teams for issue resolution & escalations
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and execution across accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in hospitality / food-tech / brand servicing
- Strong understanding of Swiggy & Zomato ecosystems
- Strong communication & client management skills
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Comfortable working with reports, dashboards & Excel/Sheets
- Someone who can think commercially — not just operationally
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prior aggregator management experience
- Worked with restaurant brands or cloud kitchens
- Strong understanding of delivery business economics
- Ability to independently manage multiple brands
