The Role
We're looking for a person who will own our marketplace business front to back. That means growth (listings, ads, rankings, conversions) AND operations (orders, inventory, fulfilment, seller health). Two sides of the same coin. You'll be the person who makes sure we show up, sell, and deliver every single day.
What You'll Actually Do
Growth & Accounts
- Own listings end-to-end: titles, bullets, A+ content, keywords, images
- Track rankings, conversion rates, reviews and act on what you see
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and sale events
Marketplace Operations
- Manage daily order flow across Amazon & Flipkart seller panels
- Manage FBA / FBF inventory replenishments , make sure we're never out of stock
- Monitor seller account health metrics ,maintain ratings
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who's worked on Amazon / Flipkart seller panels or is hungry to learn fast
- Comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets you build trackers, not just fill them
- You notice things: a bad listing, a weird price movement, a delivery SLA that's slipping
- You don't wait to be told. You flag, you fix, you follow up.
- You can run multiple things simultaneously without dropping them
- You communicate clearly with the team, with partners, in writing
- Fresher or experienced, we don't care. Show us you can own this.
