As an Account Executive for Beephire, you will work closely with clients who are brought in by our SDR team and take ownership of the relationship from demo to onboarding to delivery and retention.
This role requires someone who is comfortable managing clients, understands the recruitment / HR tech ecosystem, and can build strong long-term relationships with hiring teams.
What you will be responsible for
• Giving product demos to potential clients sourced by the SDR team
• Managing the entire onboarding journey for new clients
• Ensuring smooth delivery and coordination between clients and internal teams
• Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Driving client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagement
• Building strong relationships with hiring teams and HR stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to expand engagement within existing accounts
What we expect
• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management / Client Success roles
• Prior experience in the recruitment industry or HR tech space
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to manage clients and drive retention
• Experience working in startup environments preferred
• Existing network within the recruitment ecosystem is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
