Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, executing business plans, and driving client acquisition and retention. The role includes identifying client needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to manage and grow accounts effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
- Proficient in developing Business Planning strategies and executing them
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and sustain long-lasting relationships
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess account performance and identify areas of improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in the financial services or asset management industry is a plus
