Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Key Account Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for:
· Strong relationship with sales/marketing functions of companies in Cement, Tyre, Paint, FMCG, Pharma and IT industries
· Should understand the life cycle of how corporate gifting works in these industries.
· Should be able to place products of Aspire in corporate schemes of these organizations or fulfilment of gifting at the end of the contest period.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
· Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's corporate sales presence.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
· Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand client needs and ensure effective communication of product/service offerings.
· Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues in a timely manner.
· Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
· Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
· Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance and key metrics.
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA
- Proven expertise in Sales and Key Accounts Management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience in managing relationships with B2B clients.
- Proficiency in handling corporate gifting or product aggregation is a plus
