We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – E-commerce | Gurgaon- Sector 61.
Hi everyone,
I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing, premium consumer brand to hire a Key Account Manager – E-commerce based in Gurgaon.
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Amazon (mandatory) and a solid background in managing marketplace businesses.
🔹 Role Overview:
- Own and scale the business across E-commerce (80%) and Quick Commerce (20%)
- Primary focus on Amazon, along with Flipkart and platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
- Drive revenue growth while managing profitability (P&L ownership)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, listings, pricing, and catalog optimization
- Plan and execute Amazon PPC, ads, and promotional campaigns
- Track and improve GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, and margins
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and demand forecasting
- Ensure strong visibility, performance, and growth across platforms
🔹 What we’re looking for:
- 8–10+ years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace management
- Strong expertise in Amazon (non-negotiable)
- Experience in FMCG / Consumer Products / Pet Care / Pharma preferred
- Good understanding of ads, profitability, and data-driven decision making
🔹 Work Model:
- Monday to Friday – Work From Office (Gurgaon)
- Saturday – Work From Home
