Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business plans, driving customer satisfaction, addressing client needs, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Business Planning and Analytical Skills for identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies
- Commitment to outstanding Customer Service and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the healthcare or MedTech industry is an advantage
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably managing key accounts
