Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in metro cities for a Key Account Manager. The position includes managing client accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also involve business planning, account strategy development, identifying new opportunities, and providing top-tier customer service. The Key Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and develop strategies.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Key Account handling to foster client relationships and achieve business goals.
- Experience in Business Planning, including creating and implementing strategies for revenue growth.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus.
