We are hiring: Key Account Manager – Warehouse operation

Express HR solutions are expanding rapidly across the multiple cities, and we are looking for Key account Manager (Warehouse operations) experienced WH Operation and Inventory.

Locations: Kolkata - Kulai, Howrah.

Salary: 31000 In Hand.

Eligibility Criteria.

1. Preference for candidates with Grocery warehouse operations experience.
2. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Warehousing.
3. Excellent SAP knowledge.
4. Process orientated
5. Should be comfortable with traveling between home and warehouse.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Key Account Manager (warehouse operations)

1. Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for assigned key accounts
2. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
3. Monitor KPIs like productivity, SLA adherence, and manpower efficiency
4. Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Ops, Transport) for smooth execution
5. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
6. Drive process improvements and cost optimization
