Mannai Heavy Equipment Division is part of Mannai Corporation, a leading diversified group in Qatar. The division represents world-class heavy equipment brands and provides sales and after-sales solutions across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking to hire a Key Account Manager – JCB to support our growing sales operations in Qatar.
Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager (Based in Qatar) will be responsible for driving sales of JCB heavy equipment, managing key customer accounts, and developing long-term business relationships to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned key accounts for JCB heavy equipment.
- Drive sales activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales, preferably JCB or similar brands.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and key customer segments.
- Proven experience in key account management and sales performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
