Role Description
The Key Account Manager – E-commerce is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key e-commerce partners, developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies, optimize performance, and build long-term partnerships to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience to build and sustain fruitful relationships with partners.
- Proficient in Analytical Skills, with the ability to track and interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Proven capability in Business Planning, market strategy execution, and meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure partner satisfaction and support long-term collaboration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of professional communication.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
