About this role:
We are hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts. This role focuses on client retention, relationship management, account growth, branch expansion, service coordination, and revenue development across assigned accounts.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong long-term relationships, smooth service experience, timely issue resolution, and continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts
• Build strong long-term client relationships through regular communication and engagement
• Identify expansion opportunities across client branches and locations
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinate with operations, service, and CRM teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Monitor account activity, service requirements, and client satisfaction levels
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with finance teams when required
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain detailed CRM account updates
• Identify at-risk accounts and proactively manage client retention
• Maintain strong coordination across internal teams for smooth account management

• Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities
• Experience in post-sales relationship management preferred
