Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Key Account Manager – Channel Sales. The role involves managing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes evaluating and optimizing existing processes to enhance partner and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in relationship management, partner engagement, and customer success
- Proficiency in strategic planning, sales analytics, and business development
- Experience in contract negotiation and account growth
- Knowledge of the home interiors or related industries is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in channel sales or account management roles is preferred
