Role Overview

The Key Account Sales Manager will drive strategic sales growth for Genetix Biotech Asia Ltd. within the potential and specified key Biopharma accounts. The role focuses on deep engagement with vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, and broader biologics manufacturing and leading CRO/CDMO customers. The individual will build trusted relationships with different domains in the given account incl. R&D departments, Production team, QC/QA segment as well as SCM units. The role requires to be present within the given account on regular basis to keep a tab on all developments, projects, clinical trials, and competitor activities, grow the account on multi-disciplinary grounds and strong check on purchase-spend on new projects, expansion, Capex and user/purchaser challenges with current vendors.


Key Responsibilities

· Meet and exceed annual revenue targets for assigned Key accounts.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of key account needs and improve customer relationships to drive revenue growth w.r.t. managing the opportunity pipeline.

· Successfully implement major contracts in alignment with both company’s and customer’s interests

· Collaborate with the product/application team to establish our products in early-phase molecules in clinical development and advocate for following the molecule pipeline.
