With a rapidly expanding footprint, strong order pipeline, and enterprise partnerships, the organization is now looking to scale its sales team across key metro and emerging markets.

About the Role:-

As a Key Account Manager – Sales, you will own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for your assigned territory — from lead generation to deal closure and account management.

You will play a critical role in driving revenue, managing enterprise clients, and contributing to the expansion of EV charging infrastructure in India.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Drive B2B / enterprise sales for EV charging solutions and services
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Handle channel partners, dealers, and distributors
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies based on market insights
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, support)
  • Track and forecast sales performance using data-driven insights

Key Skills & Requirements:-

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling / managerial role
  • Strong understanding of EV industry, renewable energy, or automobile sector (preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales closures & target achievement
  • Experience in channel / partner management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of EV policies, incentives, and market trends is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Regional language proficiency preferred
