About the Role:
Rockwell is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager with strong experience in core B2B sales and relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage strategic partnerships across India while driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities from lead generation to revenue realization and collections.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners, institutional clients, and strategic business opportunities across India.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and continuous business.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective account management and business development strategies.
- Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams including operations, service, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews across regions.
- Prepare professional business proposals, quotations, reports, and email communications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on orders, payments, collections, and customer support requirements.
- Represent the organization professionally during client interactions, exhibitions, and business events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in core B2B sales and key account management.
- Proven experience handling Pan India business operations and client engagement.
- Strong exposure to working with reputed brands, channel partners, or institutional customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and email writing skills.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
- Good understanding of business systems, processes, and sales operations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

- Strong follow-up and execution skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with professional business etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
