Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage OEM and dealer accounts, ensuring smooth after-sales operations, timely issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and ownership of customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned OEM/dealer accounts
- Act as the single point of contact for customer queries and complaints
- Ensure timely resolution of issues as per defined TAT
- Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Operations, OEMs) for closure of complaints
- Track and monitor complaints, identify repeat issues, and highlight trends
- Ensure proper communication and regular updates to customers
- Support field service teams (FSEs) in issue resolution and escalation handling
- Maintain records of complaints, service activities, and closures in the system
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction and reducing repeat failures
Required Skills:
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Basic understanding of technical/service operations
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
