We are looking for a dynamic and motivated KAM in Operation Department to join our team and help expand our reach in a competitive e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Develop customized strategies to meet clients' business objectives and KPIs.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client portfolios and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products, services, or features.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies for growth.
E-commerce Operations:
- Understand e-commerce platform dynamics and guide clients on optimizing their online stores.
- Ensure smooth drop shipping operations, including inventory management, supplier coordination, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor and manage pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns for client accounts.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present business reviews and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Client Satisfaction & Retention:
- Proactively address potential issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and implement necessary changes.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
