Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Key Account Management Executive. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, resolving issues promptly, and delivering regular progress reports. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and contribute to strategic planning to enhance business partnerships.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management and key account handling experience
- Skills in sales, negotiation, and business development
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and active listening
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and formulate actionable plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce or dropshipping is a plus
