Key Account Executive – Hospitality SaaS | B2B
Job Role
We are hiring a Key Account Executive – Hospitality SaaS/B2B for a remote / hybrid role involving business development, hotel onboarding, and post-sales account management in the hospitality SaaS space.
This role includes lead generation, connecting with hotel owners, activating subscriptions, and managing key hotel accounts to ensure recurring SaaS revenue.
It is a daily-discipline role requiring consistent outreach, follow-ups, and account touch-points.
KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas)
- Generate and/or qualify 15 leads per day with direct touchbase with hotel owners.
- Make 60 connects per day.
- Attempt 150+ dials per day.
- Attempt 4 hours of call time daily.
- Manage hotel listings of key accounts to ensure recurring revenue from SaaS accounts.
- Maintain and update pipeline in Zoho CRM.
- Conduct post-sales touchpoints and relationship management with hotel clients
- Ensure account activation, onboarding coordination, and subscription continuity
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Activate subscriptions worth ₹2.5L.
- Increase NPS to 7.5+ through post-sales touchpoints and relationship management.
- Generate ₹1.5L cashflow including existing business.
- Improve subscription renewals and recurring revenue from existing hotel accounts.
Preferrence
- Experience in Hospitality, Hospitality SaaS, OTA platforms, or B2B SaaS sales is preferred
- Well versed with CRM tools (Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms)
- Good communication and phone conversation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
- Ability to maintain daily activity discipline in remote work structure.
Compensation
- ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 Fixed Compensation
