Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Key Account Executive - Branding Services. The role involves managing key client accounts, delivering outstanding customer service, overseeing operations, building strong client relationships, and develop new requirements to meet business objectives. The Key Account Executive will play a critical role in facilitating seamless communication between the company and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Sales, Sales Operations, and the ability to drive quality and service
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the retail branding, event management, printing or related industries is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru (Indiranagar or Virgonagar) and travel as required
