Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Executive based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Key Account Executive, you will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing business opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, addressing client concerns, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery.

You will also provide ongoing support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities to address client needs effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other business management tools
  • Understanding of visa application processes or experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
