Role Overview – Key Account Executive (0–2 Years Experience)
Trawo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel sourcing and bookings for business travelers while ensuring a seamless client experience. This role involves close coordination with corporate clients and hotel partners to deliver tailored accommodation solutions aligned with client preferences, budgets, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations and accommodation arrangements for corporate clients
- Source and recommend suitable hotels based on client requirements, budgets, and preferences
- Coordinate end-to-end communication between clients and hotel partners
- Ensure timely confirmations, booking accuracy, and smooth service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hotel partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve booking-related queries efficiently
- Maintain transparent booking records, invoicing, and documentation
- Support clients with customized hotel solutions to optimize travel experience and cost savings
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in travel operations, hotel booking, customer support, or account management
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
- Experience or understanding of hotel sourcing and reservation processes is preferred
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused work environment
- Familiarity with travel industry tools and booking software is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
