Role Description
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties will include handling client communications, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and devising sales strategies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and market research
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial chemicals or related industries is preferred
- Experience - 2 to 4 Years
