Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Executive for handling B2B & Modern Trade Operations based out of Mumbai.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing Modern Trade accounts like Reliance Retail, DMart and similar organized retail chains.
Candidate should have complete operational knowledge starting from onboarding, vendor registration, listing processes, coordination, claims, reconciliation, order processing and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Modern Trade & B2B Operations.
- Manage key retail accounts and backend coordination.
- Handle onboarding, documentation and listing formalities.
- Coordinate billing, claims, reconciliation and order management.
- Maintain strong coordination with buyers and internal teams.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years experience in FMCG Modern Trade Operations.
- Experience in handling Reliance, DMart or similar MT accounts is mandatory.
- Strong operational and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Must be based out of Mumbai.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
