Position: Key Account Executive
Location: Bangalore South, Hyderabad South, Chennai South, Mumbai West, Pune West, Delhi North, Gurgaon North, Noida North, Kolkata East, Bhubaneswar East.
Role Purpose:
The key account executives/Sr executives will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationship with corporate hospitals to enhance presence, visibility and business for Tedibar family products (Sanora group), the role will involve engagement with hospital leadership, doctors, nurses, pharmacists while coordinating with cross functional teams (Sales, Counsellors, Marketing) to strengthen brand equity and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Corporate hospital Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationship with hospital management, purchase heads, nursing heads, marketing heads to strengthen institutional partnership.
2- Procurement & Institutional coordination: Closely follow up with procurement team, and internal institutional team to felicitate products listing, ensure availability and support business growth.
3- Doctors engagement & Medical Advocacy: Regular interaction with pediatrician head, and KOL doctors to generate medical advocacy for Sanora division.
4- Continuous Medical Education: Plan and coordinate CME programs for doctors in collaboration with hospital, marketing and sales team for effective results
5- Nurses Education Program: Organize nurses education program to improve brand awareness among nurses and to generate brand recommendation.
6- Brand Activation & Hospital Program: Coordinate with hospital and marketing, sales team to execute multiple brand activation like baby shower, anti-natal classes, and other hospital driven activities for expecting & new moms.
Participation in hospitals conferences for our brand visibility.
7- Cross functional coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Counsellors and Institutional team for seamless execution of hospital engagement strategies.
8- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expend Tedibar family presence across corporate hospital and drive business growth.
9- Generate trails to induce repeat purchase: Coordinate with hospitals management for trail packs and proper tracking mechanism to build Tedibar user base and repeat purchase.
10- Brand Visibility & Competitor insights: coordinate with pharmacists for brand visibility (Shelves branding & Floor standing unit placement) in pharmacies for surge in sales.
Candidate Profile:
· 4-5 years of experience in Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG exposure
· Strong communication & Stakeholders management skills
· Proactive, and relationship-driven personality
· Experience in Institutional or key account would be preferred
· Willing to travel extensively
