Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Executive. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing strategies to drive account growth, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, analyzing client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The role will require regular collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Development
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Engagement
- Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities for identifying and addressing client needs effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Reporting Tools
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining excellent time-management and self-discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in the FMCG or beverage industry is advantageous
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business environments and a results-oriented mindset
