Role Description This is a full-time Key Account Executive role based in Noida, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Key Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with key institutional and corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and align GradUp’s offerings accordingly. Responsibilities include driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling, preparing and delivering client proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, and academic teams) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. The role also involves tracking account performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and providing feedback from clients to improve GradUp’s programs and services. The Key Account Executive will work closely with leadership to contribute to account planning, forecasting, and long-term partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in key account management, B2B sales, client servicing, or business development, preferably in EdTech, education services, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and negotiation, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Ability to analyze account performance, interpret data, and prepare concise reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar, spreadsheets, presentation software) to manage pipelines and track activities.
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) and strong presentation skills for client meetings and demos.
- High level of ownership, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and openness to occasional travel for client meetings and events.
