Role Description
The Key Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing key accounts, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing account plans, proactively communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. The Key Account Executive monitors market trends and competitor activity to ensure strategic alignment and maximize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Strategic Planning and Business Development expertise
- Knowledge of Trends and Practices in the Fashion or Retail Industry
- Proficiency in Analyzing Market Trends and Competitor Activity
