Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Executive/Associate located in Kakori. The responsibilities include managing and nurturing key client accounts, building long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities to support clients’ financial needs. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams, analyzing client data to recommend tailored fintech solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent and reliable service. Additionally, the Key Account Executive/Associate will participate in business development activities and support the strategic goals of Secureedge Fintech Pvt Ltd.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Knowledge of Financial Technology and Digital Payments Solutions
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Strong Organizational and Time-Management Abilities
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively on-site with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in the fintech industry or sales is a plus
